A Jegi is a thin, stiff piece of paper or cloth folded and wrapped around a piece of cardboard or metal, and then torn into several pieces at the ends so that it can be spread out. There are several ways to kick, including kicking with raised feet, kicking with both feet, kicking with one foot, and kicking with the back foot.
